A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a capacitor body including a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer, and an external electrode located on the outside of the capacitor body, wherein the dielectric layer includes a plurality of dielectric grains, at least one of the plurality of dielectric grains includes Ca, Sr, Zr, and Ti, at least one of the plurality of dielectric grains has a core-shell structure including a core portion and a shell portion disposed on at least a portion of the core portion, a content of Ti included in the shell is 5 mol % to 10 mol % based on a total amount of Zr and Ti included in the shell portion, and a content of Sr included in the shell portion is 32 mol % to 65 mol % based on a total amount of Ca and Sr included in the shell portion.
