Electronic component

An electronic component comprising:

• a ceramic body including a first main surface and a second main surface opposing each other;
• a first electrode disposed on the first main surface;
• a second electrode disposed on the second main surface;
• a first metal terminal connected to the first electrode;
• and
• a second metal terminal connected to the second electrode, wherein
• the first metal terminal includes:
• a first connection portion located on one end side of the first metal terminal and connected to the first electrode;
• a first mounting portion located on another end side of the first metal terminal;
• and
• a first bridge portion bridging the first connection portion and the first mounting portion,
• the second metal terminal includes:
• a second connection portion located on one end side of the second metal terminal and connected to the second electrode;
• a second mounting portion located on another end side of the second metal terminal;
• and
• a second bridge portion bridging the second connection portion and the second mounting portion,
• the first connection portion includes:
• a first region joined to the first electrode;
• and
• a second region continuous with the first bridge portion,
• the second connection portion includes:
• a third region that overlaps the first region as viewed from a direction in which the first main surface and the second main surface oppose each other and is joined to the second electrode;
• and
• a fourth region continuous with the second bridge portion, and
• the second region and the fourth region are located on opposite sides with the first region and third region interposed therebetween, as viewed from the direction in which the first main surface and the second main surface oppose each other.
