Abstract
A circuit board includes: an effective region having a first driving transistor configured to drive a first driven target object by a current, and a second driving transistor configured to drive a second driven target object by a current; and an external output terminal connected to a conduction terminal of the second driving transistor, wherein an output current value of the second driving transistor is larger than an output current value of the first driving transistor when an identical value of voltage is applied to a gate terminal of the first driving transistor and a gate terminal of the second driving transistor.

A circuit board comprising:
- an effective region having
- a first driving transistor configured to drive a first driven target object by a current, and
- a second driving transistor configured to drive a second driven target object by a current;
- and
- an external output terminal connected to a conduction terminal of the second driving transistor,
- wherein an output current value of the second driving transistor is larger than an output current value of the first driving transistor when an identical value of voltage is applied to a gate terminal of the first driving transistor and a gate terminal of the second driving transistor.
