A first wireless node determines a plurality of candidate ranging parameter configurations associated with a ranging session with a second wireless node, wherein the plurality of candidate ranging parameter configurations is associated with a respective plurality of ranging-related technologies supported by the first wireless node. The first wireless node selects one or more ranging-related technologies from the plurality of ranging-related technologies based on the plurality of candidate ranging parameter configurations. The determination, the selection, or both, are based on information associated with the first wireless node, the second wireless node, or both. The first wireless node performs the ranging session with the second wireless node in accordance with the selected one or more ranging-related technologies. Such aspects may provide various technical advantages, such as dynamically selecting and combining proper ranging technologies and switching seamlessly among different ranging options to overcome limitations of individual ranging techniques while providing superior ranging accuracy.
A first wireless node, comprising:
A method performed by a first wireless node, comprising:
A non-transitory computer-readable medium (CRM) comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a first wireless node, cause the first wireless node to:
