Image identifying system and method

Abstract

The present invention provides an image identifying system and method, including an anatomical image module, a contour module, a pixel value module, and a recognition analysis module. The anatomical image module reads anatomical images. The contour module recognizes the body contour based on the anatomical images. The pixel value module sets the first pixel value and the second pixel value, which correspond and filter the first pixel region and the second pixel region within the body contour, respectively. The recognition analysis module expands the first pixel region and the second pixel region outward by a voxel range to form a first expanded region and a second expanded region. The first expanded region is then adjusted by excluding the area of overlap between the first expanded region and the second expanded region to form a preprocessing region.
