Information processing apparatus, information processing system, and information processing method

An information processing system, comprising:

• an information processing apparatus;
• and
• a user terminal operated by a user and communicable with the information processing apparatus,
• the information processing apparatus including
• a memory configured to store an URL associated with a virtual screen representing a display device, the virtual screen being displayed in a virtual space;
• and
• circuitry configured to
• transmit, to the user terminal, virtual space data according to which the user terminal displays a virtual space, the virtual space being configured to display the virtual screen;
• acquire, according to a user operation of the virtual screen in the virtual space, data through the URL associated with the virtual screen;
• and
• cause the user terminal to display content based on the data acquired through the URL on the virtual screen displayed in the virtual space, and
• the user terminal including terminal circuitry configured to
• display the virtual space according to the virtual space data received from the information processing apparatus,
• receive the user operation performed in the virtual space, and
• display the content based on the data acquired through the URL on the virtual screen displayed in the virtual space.

An information processing method performed by an information processing apparatus communicable with a user terminal operated by a user, the method comprising:

• storing an URL in association with a virtual screen representing a display device, the virtual screen being displayed in a virtual space;
• transmitting, to the user terminal, virtual space data according to which the user terminal displays the virtual space, the virtual space being configured to display the virtual screen;
• acquiring, according to a user operation of the virtual screen in the virtual space, data through the URL associated with the virtual screen;
• and
• causing the user terminal to display content based on the data acquired through the URL on the virtual screen displayed in the virtual space.
