Systems and Methods for Communicating with Secondary Users of a Transportation Service

A computer-implemented method comprising:

• accessing a request for a transportation service that comprises at least an aerial transport of a first user, wherein the request is generated via a first user device associated with the first user;
• computing a first multi-modal transportation itinerary for facilitating the aerial transport for the first user, the first multi-modal transportation itinerary comprising:
• (i) a ground transport leg for the first user and (ii) an aerial transport leg;
• accessing data indicative of a second user that is to travel with the first user for at least a portion of the first multi-modal transportation itinerary, the second user being identified by the first user;
• accessing allocation data indicating an allocation of a resource between the first user and the second user;
• computing, based on the first multi-modal transportation itinerary, a second multi-modal transportation itinerary for facilitating the aerial transport for the second user, the second multi-modal transportation itinerary comprising:
• (i) a ground transport leg for the second user and (ii) the aerial transport leg of the first multi-modal transportation itinerary;
• and
• limiting, based on the allocation data, a control of the second multi-modal transportation itinerary by the second user via a second user device.

A computing system comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• one or more non-transitory computer-readable media that collectively store instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing system to perform operations, the operations comprising:
• accessing a request for a transportation service that comprises at least an aerial transport of a first user, wherein the request is generated via a first user device associated with the first user;
• computing a first multi-modal transportation itinerary for facilitating the aerial transport for the first user, the first multi-modal transportation itinerary comprising:
• (i) a ground transport leg for the first user and (ii) an aerial transport leg;
• accessing data indicative of a second user that is to travel with the first user for at least a portion of the first multi-modal transportation itinerary, the second user being identified by the first user;
• accessing allocation data indicating an allocation of a resource between the first user and the second user;
• computing, based on the first multi-modal transportation itinerary, a second multi-modal transportation itinerary for facilitating the aerial transport for the second user, the second multi-modal transportation itinerary comprising:
• (i) a ground transport leg for the second user and (ii) the aerial transport leg of the first multi-modal transportation itinerary;
• and
• limiting, based on the allocation data, a control of the second multi-modal transportation itinerary by the second user via a second user device.

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media that collectively store instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause a computing system to perform operations, the operations comprising:

• accessing a request for a transportation service that comprises at least an aerial transport of a first user, wherein the request is generated via a first user device associated with the first user;
• computing a first multi-modal transportation itinerary for facilitating the aerial transport for the first user, the first multi-modal transportation itinerary comprising:
• (i) a ground transport leg for the first user and (ii) an aerial transport leg;
• accessing data indicative of a second user that is to travel with the first user for at least a portion of the first multi-modal transportation itinerary, the second user being identified by the first user;
• accessing allocation data indicating an allocation of a resource between the first user and the second user;
• computing, based on the first multi-modal transportation itinerary, a second multi-modal transportation itinerary for facilitating the aerial transport for the second user, the second multi-modal transportation itinerary comprising:
• (i) a ground transport leg for the second user and (ii) the aerial transport leg of the first multi-modal transportation itinerary;
• and
• limiting, based on the allocation data, a control of the second multi-modal transportation itinerary by the second user via a second user device.
