A computer-implemented system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for generating tradable carbon credits from consumer activity are disclosed. Primary consumer activity data associated with a consumer account is received from independent source systems including a retail transaction system, a travel or transportation data system, and a utility consumption monitoring system. An emission factor and factor-version identifier are retrieved and used to generate quantified emissions data. A verification record is generated by evaluating the canonical activity record and quantified emissions data against predefined verification criteria including source-data authenticity, completeness, cross-source consistency, and tolerance compliance. Responsive to successful verification, a unique activity fingerprint is generated and used to query a registry for a previously issued carbon offset record. Duplicate issuance is suppressed when a match is found. Otherwise, a carbon offset record is issued, listed as a tradable carbon credit, and the linked transaction value is allocated to the consumer account.
