Abstract
A maintenance management system includes: one or more apparatuses configured to generate log data including error information that includes information on an error having occurred therein; and a management apparatus configured to manage the log data acquired from each apparatus, detect a frequent error, based on the error information included in each log data, and perform a notification process for notifying a predetermined notification apparatus set as a notification destination of occurrence of the frequent error.

A management system comprising:
- one or more apparatuses configured to generate log data including error information that includes information on an error having occurred therein;
- and
- a management apparatus configured to manage the log data acquired from each apparatus, detect a frequent error based on the error information included in each log data, and perform a notification process for notifying a predetermined notification apparatus set as a notification destination of occurrence of the frequent error.
A management method comprising:
- generating, by an apparatus, log data including error information that includes information on an error having occurred in the apparatus;
- acquiring, by a management apparatus, the log data from each apparatus to manage acquired log data in the management apparatus;
- and
- detecting, by the management apparatus, a frequent error based on the error information included in each log data, to perform a notification process by which occurrence of the frequent error is notified to a predetermined notification apparatus set as a notification destination.
