A system can be provided for multi-modal interactions. For example, the system may receive a first modality input from a first user device associated with a user and in a first communication mode. The system may then adjust a transaction service schema based on the first modality input and transmit, to the first user device, a first output derived from the transaction service schema. The system may further receive a second modality input from a second user device associated with the user, the second modality input being in a second communication mode that is different from the first communication mode. Additionally, the system may adjust the transaction service schema based on the second modality input and transmit, to the second user device associated with the user, a second output derived from the transaction service schema.
