Abstract
A computer implemented method comprising: displaying a portion of a virtual space; responsive to a panning input, panning the displayed portion of the virtual space to a part of the virtual space containing one or more interactive symbols, each of the one or more interactive symbols being associated with content; responsive to a selection input: selecting one of the one or more interactive symbols; and launching the content associated with the selected interactive symbol. A system comprising a display device, an input device, and a processor is also described.
Claims20
A computer implemented method comprising:
- displaying a portion of a virtual space;
- responsive to a panning input, panning the displayed portion of the virtual space to a part of the virtual space containing one or more interactive symbols, each of the one or more interactive symbols being associated with content;
- responsive to a selection input:
- selecting one of the one or more interactive symbols;
- and
- launching the content associated with the selected interactive symbol.
A system comprising:
- a display device;
- an input device;
- a processor;
- wherein the processor is configured to:
- cause the display device to display a portion of a virtual space;
- responsive to a panning input from the input device, cause the portion of the virtual space displayed on the display device to pan to a part of the virtual space containing one or more interactive symbols, each of the one or more interactive symbols being associated with content;
- and
- wherein the processor is configured, responsive to a selection input from the input device, to:
- select one or more of the interactive symbols;
- and
- launch the content associated with the selected interactive symbol.
A computer implemented method for launching content, the computer implemented method comprising:
- responsive to a selection input, selecting an interactive object within a virtual space, the interactive object being represented by a symbol;
- responsive to the selection, dynamically deriving content to be launched;
- and
- launching the content.
