Disclosed is a multi-functional pen with integrated laser ranging and illumination, including a first pen barrel with a display screen module and an interactive input assembly, and a pen clip with a protrusion. A laser transmitting module of a laser ranging assembly is disposed in the pen clip protrusion, and a laser receiving part is disposed inside the first pen barrel where a refill body is coaxially disposed, and a pen tip direction is opposite to a ranging transmission and reception direction. A Hall knob control assembly is sleeved outside the pen barrel for interaction, and a linkage power supply structure is disposed inside the pen barrel. When the pen tip is rotatably extended, a circuit is conducted to light up a light emitting unit. A ranging optical path is integrated into a compact pen body configuration for efficient operation with two ends for measurement, illumination and recording without interference.
