Abstract

A transport robot, a surgical robot system including the transport robot, and a method are provided. More particularly, a surgical robot system including a surgical robot used in laparoscopic surgery or various other surgeries and a transport robot configured to transport the surgical robot is provided, and a method of transporting and placing the surgical robot using the transport robot is provided. The surgical robot system includes a surgical robot including at least one arm unit, a transport robot operable to transport the surgical robot, and a master robot including a manipulation member configured to control a motion of the transport robot, wherein the transport robot moves toward the surgical robot in response to a received signal and places the surgical robot at a position corresponding to the received signal.
