Abstract
Provided is acquiring physical quantity data related to a condition of a component constituting a molding machine; preparing a plurality of estimation models that each estimate a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product using different algorithms; and estimating a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product based on the acquired physical quantity data by using one or more of the estimation models selected from the plurality of estimation models.
Claims15
An estimation method comprising:
- acquiring physical quantity data related to a condition of a component constituting a molding machine;
- preparing a plurality of estimation models that each estimate a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product using different algorithms;
- and
- estimating a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product based on the acquired physical quantity data by using one or more of the estimation models selected from the plurality of estimation models.
An estimation device, comprising:
- an acquisition unit that acquires physical quantity data related to a condition of a component constituting a molding machine;
- a plurality of estimation models that each estimate a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product using different algorithms;
- and
- a processing unit that estimates a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product based on the physical quantity data acquired by the acquisition unit by using one or more of the estimation models selected from the plurality of estimation models.
A non-transitory computer readable recording medium storing a computer program causing a computer to execute processing of:
- acquiring physical quantity data related to a condition of a component constituting a molding machine;
- and
- estimating a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product based on the acquired physical quantity data by using one or more estimation models selected from a plurality of estimation models that estimate a life or an abnormality degree of the component, or quality of a molding product using different algorithms.
