Abstract
Disclosed is a sheet conveyance apparatus including a first conveyance member configured to rotate in contact with a sheet, a second conveyance member disposed at a position different from a position of the first conveyance member in the sheet conveyance direction, a motor, a first rotary member connected to the motor, a second rotary member connected to the first conveyance member, and an elastic member engaged with the first rotary member and the second rotary member, the elastic member being deformable to allow the first conveyance member to rotate in a state where an angular velocity of the first rotary member being driven by the motor differs from an angular velocity of the second rotary member.
Claims15
A sheet conveyance apparatus comprising:
- a first conveyance member configured to rotate in contact with a sheet to convey the sheet in a sheet conveyance direction;
- a second conveyance member disposed at a position different from a position of the first conveyance member in the sheet conveyance direction, the second conveyance member being configured to rotate in contact with the sheet to convey the sheet during at least a part of a period of time in which the first conveyance member is in contact with the sheet;
- a motor configured to drive the first conveyance member and the second conveyance member;
- a first rotary member connected to the motor and configured to rotate;
- a second rotary member connected to the first conveyance member and configured to rotate;
- and
- an elastic member engaged with the first rotary member and the second rotary member, the elastic member being deformable to allow the first conveyance member to rotate in a state where an angular velocity of the first rotary member being driven by the motor differs from an angular velocity of the second rotary member.
