Abstract
An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive substrate, in which an outermost surface layer contains a binder resin and silicone rubber particles in which primary particles have a volume-average particle diameter of 0.01 μm or more and less than 3 μm.

An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising:
- a conductive substrate;
- and
- a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive substrate,
- wherein an outermost surface layer contains a binder resin and silicone rubber particles in which primary particles have a volume-average particle diameter of 0.01 μm or more and less than 3 μm.
