Abstract
The lens device includes an optical system, a support member that supports the optical system, a movable member that is disposed along an outer periphery of the support member and that is movably supported with respect to the support member, and an engagement mechanism that engages with the movable member, in which the engagement mechanism is inclined with respect to a direction of an optical axis.

A lens device comprising:
- an optical system;
- a support member that supports the optical system;
- a movable member that is disposed along an outer periphery of the support member and that is movably supported with respect to the support member;

- an engagement mechanism that engages with the movable member,
