1-35. (canceled)
An optical fiber cable, comprising:
- an outer jacket;
- a plurality of tubes disposed within the outer jacket in at least one layer;
- and
- a plurality of optical fiber ribbons disposed within each of the plurality of tubes,
- wherein each of the plurality of optical fiber ribbons comprises a plurality of optical fibers, and wherein at least some of the plurality of optical fibers in each of the plurality of optical fiber ribbons are bonded intermittently along a length of the optical fibers.
2 more elements
An optical fiber cable, comprising:
- a polyethylene outer jacket;
- a plurality of strength members embedded in the outer jacket;
- a plurality of tubes disposed within the outer jacket in at least one layer;
- a water blocking binder disposed within the outer jacket and around the plurality of tubes;
- and
- a plurality of optical fiber ribbons disposed within each of the plurality of tubes,
- wherein each of the plurality of optical fiber ribbons comprises a plurality of optical fibers, and wherein at least some of the plurality of optical fibers in each of the plurality of optical fiber ribbons are bonded intermittently along a length of the optical fibers.
4 more elements
An optical fiber cable, comprising:
- an outer jacket;
- and
- a plurality of optical fiber ribbons disposed within the outer jacket, wherein each of the plurality of optical fiber ribbons comprises a plurality of optical fibers, wherein at least some of the plurality of optical fibers of each of the plurality of optical fiber ribbons are bonded intermittently along a length of the optical fibers, and wherein at least some of the plurality of optical fibers each of the plurality of optical fiber ribbons are bonded to each other along an entire length of the optical fibers.
