An anti-resonant hollow core fiber, comprising a longitudinal axis and a core radius R_Faser, a cladding having a cladding inner bore, a number of anti-resonant units, each comprising an ARU external and internal unit, wherein the circular-arcuately designed external unit and the internal unit are connected to one another along two seam lines such that the internal unit at least partially projects into the external unit, the units are arranged spaced apart from one another and without contact with one another at target positions on a cladding inner side, wherein, in at least one anti-resonant unit, the ARU arc unit has a radius FB_R, and is connected to the internal unit. The following to apply to the ratio of twice the radius of the ARU arc unit FB_R to the fiber core radius R_Faser: 2 * FB_R R_Faser = [ 0 . 7 ; 1 . 7 ] .
