Abstract
A method of automating spectrometry includes obtaining an analysis result by performing an analysis process on spectrometry data, displaying the analysis result on a user interface and receiving a user input through the user interface, identifying at least one of a user intent or an analysis criterion based on the user input, and performing an update to the analysis process based on the at least one of the user intent or the analysis criterion.

A method of automating spectrometry, the method comprising:
- obtaining an analysis result by performing an analysis process on spectrometry data;
- displaying the analysis result on a user interface and receiving a user input through the user interface;
- identifying at least one of a user intent or an analysis criterion based on the user input;
- and
- performing an update to the analysis process based on the at least one of the user intent or the analysis criterion.
An electronic device comprising:
- one or more processors,
- wherein instructions, when performed by the one or more processors, cause the electronic device to
- obtain an analysis result by performing an analysis process on spectrometry data,
- display the analysis result on a user interface and receive a user input through the user interface,
- identify at least one of a user intent or an analysis criterion based on the user input, and
- perform an update to the analysis process based on the at least one of the user intent or the analysis criterion.
A system of automating spectrometry, the system comprising:
- a processor configure to:
- obtain spectrometry data;
- obtain an analysis result by performing an analysis process on the spectrometry data;
- a user interface configured to display the analysis result and receive a user input;
- and
- wherein the processor is further configured to:
- identify at least one of a user intent and an analysis criterion based on the user input;
- and
- perform an update to the analysis process based on the at least one of the user intent and the analysis criterion.
