Abstract
Some embodiments include a detector, comprising: an imaging array including a plurality of pixels and row select lines, each pixel including a transistor coupled to a corresponding one of the row select lines; a row driver coupled to the row select lines; a readout circuit coupled to the imaging array; and a control circuit configured to: operate the pixels during a measurement operation; read signals from the pixels during the measurement operation through the readout circuit; and positively shift threshold voltages of the transistors in response to the signals from the pixels.

A detector, comprising:
- an imaging array including a plurality of pixels and row select lines, each pixel including a transistor coupled to a corresponding one of the row select lines;a row driver coupled to the row select lines;a readout circuit coupled to the imaging array;
- anda control circuit configured to:operate the pixels during a measurement operation;read signals from the pixels during the measurement operation through the readout circuit;
- andpositively shift threshold voltages of the transistors in response to the signals from the pixels.
A method, comprising:
- operating pixels of an imaging array during a measurement operation, each pixel including a transistor coupled to a corresponding row select line of a plurality of row select lines of the imaging array;reading signals from the pixels during the measurement operation through a readout circuit of the imaging array;
- andpositively shifting threshold voltages of the transistors in response to the signals from the pixels.
A system, comprising:
- an x-ray source configured to generate x-rays;a detector disposed to receive the x-rays, the detector comprising:an imaging array including a plurality of pixels and row select lines, each pixel including a transistor coupled to a corresponding one of the row select lines;a row driver coupled to the row select lines;a readout circuit coupled to the imaging array;
- anda control circuit configured to:operate the pixels during a measurement operation;read signals from the pixels during the measurement operation through the readout circuit;
- andpositively shift threshold voltages of the transistors in response to the signals from the pixels.
