A method for analyzing an aggregation-crystallization process of a calcium phosphate prenucleation cluster. A small amount of the aggregation-induced emission organic molecule and the rare earth ion are doped into the calcium phosphate prenucleation cluster, and the two are used as a fluorescent dual probe to participate in the subsequent evolution process. The organic molecule binds to the calcium ion in the cluster. As the local molecular density of the aggregated organic molecules of the PNCs increases, the limitation of intramolecular motion is further strengthened, the energy loss of the excited state is reduced, resulting in opening of the electron transition channel and showing a phenomenon of enhanced fluorescence signal.
