Abstract
A photoelectric conversion device includes a first photon detection circuit and a second photon detection circuit each of which outputs a pulse signal in response to incidence of a photon, a first counter configured to count the pulse signal output from the first photon detection circuit, a second counter configured to count the pulse signal output from the second photon detection circuit, a selector connected to the first counter and the second counter and configured to sequentially output a first count value of the first counter and a second count value of the second counter, and an output circuit connected to the selector and configured to control an output of the first count value and the second count value input from the selector to an output line.
