An additively manufactured heat exchanger for media-separated heat transfer between a first fluid and a second fluid may include an additively manufactured heat exchanger block, first flow channels for the first fluid, second flow channels for the second fluid, a first and second chamber disposed at opposite transverse ends of the heat exchanger block, and a first and second connection for supplying and discharging the second fluid. The first and second flow channels may be formed in and extend through the heat exchanger block. The second flow channels may be arranged in a plurality of longitudinal rows of channels that are arranged next to one another in a block height direction within the heat exchanger block. Each longitudinal row of channels may be defined by a group of second flow channels that are arranged next to one another in a block longitudinal direction.
