Abstract
A pipe includes: at least two pipe shell segments each having an inner wall, an outer wall, and a peripheral abutment surface, which are placed on one another in an accurately fitting manner so as to form abutment lines to form a pipe portion; topographic structures on the inner wall of the pipe shell segments; and a coating on the outer wall of the pipe shell segments over the abutment lines with a coating surface.

A pipe, comprising:
- a) at least two pipe shell segments each having an inner wall, an outer wall, and a peripheral abutment surface, which are placed on one another in an accurately fitting manner so as to form abutment lines to form a pipe portion;
- b) topographic structures on the inner wall of the pipe shell segments;
- and
- c) a coating on the outer wall of the pipe shell segments over the abutment lines with a coating surface.
