Abstract

A refrigerator includes a cabinet, a storage compartment provided inside the cabinet, cover rails to be fixed to opposite side walls of the storage compartment, a variable temperature module to be assembled to the cover rails, and a pantry assembled to the cover rails such that while the pantry is assembled to the cover rails, the pantry is positioned at an upper end of the variable temperature module. The cover rails respectively include a stopper configured to secure the variable temperature module along a front-rear direction of the cabinet and a hook configured to secure the pantry to the cover rails, and based on the pantry being secured by the hook, the variable temperature module is secured to the cover rails such that a movement of the variable temperature module along an up-down direction of the cabinet is prevented by the pantry.
