According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a discharge control device comprises a housing internally having a pressure space that communicates with a discharge flow path at one side in the axial direction, a valve body disposed inside the housing, and an anchor member disposed around the valve body and having a valve seat surface. The housing has a recessed section formed in one side inner end surface inside the housing, the recessed section defining the pressure space with one side end surface of the valve body. One side end surface of the anchor member includes a first seal section that abuts the one side inner end surface of the housing and forms a seal surface, and a first recess section that is made up of an annular recess that is formed facing the first recess section on the outer circumferential side of the second seal section.
