The present application, belonging to the technical field of fans, relates to a fan accessory and a waist fan, including an assembly connection plate and a support assembly plate; the assembly connection plate includes a detachable connection assembly, which is used for detachable connection with a fan body; the support assembly plate is in movable connection with the assembly connection plate, which can be subjected to rotational adjustment relative to the support assembly plate; when the fan body needs to be used, the fan body can be placed or mounted in a fan-to-be-settled area after the assembly connection plate is connected to the fan body, and an air discharge angle of the fan body can then be adjusted through relative rotation of the assembly connection plate and the support assembly plate.
