Gas fuel injection valve

A gas fuel injection valve that is configured to inject a gas fuel, the gas fuel injection valve comprising:

• a main body that has:
• a fuel passage which is configured to conduct the gas fuel;
• an upstream-side opening which is formed through a partition that partitions the fuel passage into an upstream side and a downstream side;
• and
• a downstream-side opening which is formed at a downstream end portion of the fuel passage;
• a stationary core that is fixed to the main body;
• a first valve that includes a first movable core which is opposed to the stationary core, wherein the first valve is configured to open and close the upstream-side opening by movement of the first movable core;
• and
• a second valve that includes a second movable core which is opposed to the stationary core, wherein the second valve is configured to open and close the downstream-side opening by movement of the second movable core, wherein:
• the first valve and the second valve are configured to be moved together toward a valve opening side when the first movable core is magnetically attracted to the stationary core in response to generation of a drive magnetic flux;
• and
• after the first valve stops at a first lift position, the second movable core is magnetically attracted to the stationary core by the drive magnetic flux, and thereby the second valve is moved from the first lift position to a second lift position at which a valve-element lift amount of the second valve is larger than a valve-element lift amount of the second valve measured at the first lift position.
