Abstract
A folding, collapsible portable roadblock is disclosed which has a bottom base and an upright (or back) that hingedly coupled or coupled in a foldable arrangement about an axis.

A roadblock comprising:
- a base portion;
- an upright portion hingedly coupled to said base portion;
- a channel coupled to one of a bottom side of said upright portion and a top side of said base portion;
- a beam coupled to the other of said bottom side of said upright portion and said top side of said base portion, said beam selectively positioned within said channel;
- a brace coupled between said base portion and said upright portion;
- said roadblock convertible between an in-use position wherein said base portion and said upright portion are angularly displaced at a first angle, and a folded position wherein said base portion and said upright portion are angularly displaced at a second angle less than said first angle.

- a base portion carrying at least one tooth disposed on at least one of a front edge and a rear edge of said base portion;
- an upright portion hingedly coupled to said base portion between an in-use position wherein said base portion and said upright portion are angularly displaced at a first angle, and a folded position wherein said base portion and said upright portion are angularly displaced at a second angle less than said first angle;
- a brace between said base portion and said upright portion;
- a handle coupled to at least one of said base portion and said upright portion;
- a wheel coupled to at least one of said base portion and said upright portion;
