Method for producing base paper, wherein cellulose pulp containing both softwood and hardwood components, and additives, is subjected to grinding, and at least one compacting step, a bleached cellulose pulp, of 55 to 80 parts by weight, of hardwood primary cellulose and 25 to 45 parts by weight, of softwood primary cellulose, and up to 3 parts by weight of filler; cellulose pulp obtained by mixing hardwood and softwood pulp; to form the cellulose pulp which is ground to a refinement of 39 to 45° SR according to ISO 5267-1:1999 for the hardwood pulp and 35 to 41° SR according to ISO 5267-1:1999 for the softened pulp the mixture of pulps is ground to a degree of refinement of 39 to 42° SR; and subjected to dewatering, the formed sheet is calendered on at least one side. The invention also relates to a base paper produced according to the method.
A method for producing a base paper, in which a cellulose pulp essentially containing both softwood and hardwood components, as well as additives, is subjected to a grinding step and at least one compacting step is carried out, cellulose pulp is provided, consisting of 55 to 80 parts by weight, of hardwood primary cellulose and 25 to 45 parts, by weight, of softwood primary cellulose, as well as up to 3 parts by weight of filler, the cellulose pulp is obtained by mixing a pulp produced from hardwood and a pulp produced from softwood, each pulp forming the cellulose pulp is subjected to a separate grind up to a degree of refinement of 39 to 45° SR according to ISO 5267-1:1999 for the pulp produced from hardwood, 35 to 41° SR according to ISO 5267-1:1999 for the pulp produced from softwood, the pulp obtained by mixing the pulp produced from hardwood and the pulp produced from softwood is grounded up to a degree of refinement of 39 to 42° SR, the mixed pulp is subjected to a dewatering, a sheet which is formed is calendered on at least one side and at least one impregnation is applied to at least one side and before or after the calendaring from a base paper, a coating of at least one side of the base paper is carried out with surface starch in a quantity of 0.8 to 2 g/m2.
