Abstract
A non-crimp fabric blanket includes fiber reinforced plies stitched together. At least one of the plies includes continuous fibers having a first fiber orientation in a first region in a plane of the ply, and a second fiber orientation in a second region in the plane of the ply. The second fiber orientation is different than the first fiber orientation.

A non-crimp fabric blanket comprising:
- a plurality of fiber reinforced plies stitched together, at least one of the plies comprising a plurality of continuous fibers, wherein each continuous fiber has a first fiber orientation in a first region in a plane of the ply, and a second fiber orientation in a second region in the plane of the ply, wherein the second fiber orientation is different than the first fiber orientation.
