Abstract
The present invention relates to an elastic cooling fabric, including: a face yarn portion composed of an air-textured yarn (ATY) made of polyester, which is a composite yarn manufactured by winding an outer filament around a core filament; and a back yarn portion composed of a draw textured yarn (DTY) or a raw yarn made of polyester, wherein the elastic cooling fabric has a double-layer fabric structure formed by the combination of the face yarn portion and the back yarn portion. The present invention provides a cooling fabric with fiber materials of all-polyester, which possesses both excellent cool feel and stiffness, and thus provides both functionality and clothing aesthetic, thereby can achieve the goal of full recyclability, while offering excellent cool feel, quick-drying, and UV resistance performance.
Claims10
An elastic cooling fabric, comprising:
- a face yarn portion composed of an air-textured yarn (ATY) made of polyester, wherein the air-textured yarn is a composite yarn manufactured by winding an outer filament around a core filament;
- and
- a back yarn portion composed of a draw textured yarn (DTY) or a raw yarn made of polyester, wherein
- the elastic cooling fabric has a double-layer fabric structure formed by a combination of the face yarn portion and the back yarn portion.
