Abstract
The invention relates to the methods of treatment of diseases by administration of monoclonal anti-CD19 antibodies prepared in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells.
Claims36
A composition for preparation of an anti-CD19 antibody, wherein:
- the anti-CD19 antibody comprises variable domain comprising a heavy chain variable region that is at least 90% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 13 and has an amino acid substitution at one or more residues corresponding to Gln5, Arg19, Leu20, Arg40, Gln43, Lys65, Ser85, Ser88, and Val93, and the anti-CD19 antibody is fucosylated;
- and
- the composition comprises a cell growth media for Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells and fucose.
