Abstract
A resin molded article includes a glass flake and a matrix resin. The glass flakes included in the resin molded article have an average particle size of 0.1 μm or more and 40 μm or less and an average thickness of 0.05 μm or more and 7 μm or less. A surface of the glass flake is at least partially coated with a surface treatment agent. When a value of mechanical strength of the resin molded article is 100, a relative value SN of the mechanical strength of the resin molded article satisfies SN≥100−2N, the relative value SN being measured after a recycle simulation test is performed N times (N is at least one integer from 1 to 4) using an extruder. The mechanical strength includes at least one selected from the group consisting of maximum tensile strength, maximum flexural strength, and notched Izod impact strength.
Claims9
A resin molded article comprising glass flakes and a matrix resin, wherein
- the glass flakes included in the resin molded article have an average particle size of 0.1 μm or more and 40 μm or less and an average thickness of 0.05 μm or more and 7 μm or less,
- a surface of the glass flake is at least partially coated with a surface treatment agent,
- when a value of mechanical strength of the resin molded article is 100, a relative value SN of the mechanical strength of the resin molded article satisfies SN≥100−2N, the relative value SN being measured after a recycle simulation test is performed N times (N is at least one integer from 1 to 4) using an extruder, and
- the mechanical strength includes at least one selected from the group consisting of maximum tensile strength, maximum flexural strength, and notched Izod impact strength.
A resin molded article comprising glass flakes and a matrix resin, wherein
- the glass flakes included in the resin molded article have an average particle size of 0.1 μm or more and 15 μm or less and an average thickness of 0.05 μm or more and 7 μm or less, and
- a surface of the glass flake is at least partially coated with a surface treatment agent.
