Abstract
A thermally conductive sheet of the present invention contains aggregated boron nitride particles in which primary particles are aggregated, a silicone resin, and an unreacted silicone oil. According to the present invention, a thermally conductive sheet excellent in thermal conductivity and flexibility can be provided.

A thermally conductive sheet comprising:
- aggregated boron nitride particles in which primary particles are aggregated;
- a silicone resin;
- and an unreacted silicone oil.
