Abstract
The present invention relates to a curable potting composition based on acetoacetate, and to its use in electronic devices. In particular, the present invention relates to a curable potting composition based on multifunctional acetoacetate and multifunctional (meth)acrylate.
Claims2
A two-part curable potting composition, comprising,
- a first part comprising a multifunctional acetoacetate compound, and
- a second part comprising a (meth)acrylate compound having at least three (meth)acrylate groups,
- wherein at least one of the first part and the second part further comprises a catalyst,
- wherein at least one of the first part and the second part further comprises a filler, and
- wherein the equivalent ratio of the (meth)acrylate compound having at least three (meth)acrylate groups to the multifunctional acetoacetate compound is more than 1.5.
