The instant invention relates to compositions comprising a protein, e.g., an antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, e.g., an anti-IL-1R1 antibody or antigen binding portion thereof, and methods, e.g., cell culture and protein purification methods, for producing such compositions.

A composition comprising an anti-IL-1R1 antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, wherein the composition comprises less than about 55% acidic species of the antibody.
A method of producing a composition comprising an anti-IL-1R1 antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, having less than about 55% acidic species from a cell culture, the method comprising harvesting the cell culture when the viability decreases to no less than about 50%, thereby producing the composition comprising the anti-IL-1R1 antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, having less than about 55% acidic species.
