Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a series of antihistaminic compounds, a preparation method and use thereof. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a series of antihistaminic compounds of Formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, preparation method thereof, and to the use of the antihistaminic compounds of Formula I and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts in treating diseases such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and urticaria.

An antihistaminic compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, having the structure shown in Formula I:
- wherein R1 is halogen, X1 is H, an alkali metal, an amino acid, meglumine, choline;
- X2 is H, an alkali metal, an amino acid, meglumine, choline, n1 is an integer of 1-5, and n2 is an integer of 1-3.
