A compound having the structure of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof:
- wherein;
- Y1 and Y2 are each independently —O— or —NR3;
- Z is absent, optionally substituted C1-C2 alkylene, —C═C—, —O—, or —NH—, wherein the alkylene is optionally substituted with —NH2;
- Ring A is an optionally substituted C6-C10 aryl, optionally substituted 5 to 10-membered heteroaryl, optionally substituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl, or optionally substituted C3-C10 heterocycloalkyl, each of which when substituted is substituted with 1 to 6 substituents selected from RA;
- each RA is independently selected from —CN, —NO2, —NRaRb, —ORc, —SRa, —C(O)Rc, —C(O)ORc, —C(O)NRaRb, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 heteroalkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, C3-C10 heterocycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, or 5 to 10-membered heteroaryl, wherein each alkyl, haloalkyl, heteroalkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, and heteroaryl is optionally substituted with 1 to 4 substituents selected from Rd;
- R1 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl which is optionally substituted with 1 to 4 substituents selected from Re;
- R2 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 heteroalkyl, or optionally substituted C1-C6 hydroxyalkyl, wherein the alkyl, haloalkyl, heteroalkyl, and hydroxyalkyl is optionally substituted with 1 to 4 substituents selected from Re;
- each Re is independently halogen, —NRaRb, —ORc, or —SRa;
- or R1 and R2 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a C3-C5 heterocycloalkyl;
- each R3 is independently hydrogen or —CH3;
- R4 is C4-C20 alkyl;
- each Ra and Rb is independently selected from hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-C6 alkenyl, optionally substituted C2-C6 alkynyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 heteroalkyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl, and optionally substituted C3-C10 heterocycloalkyl, each of which is substituted with one or more Rd;
- or Ra and Rb together with the atoms to which they are attached form a C3-C10 heterocycloalkyl which is optionally substituted with one or more Rd;
- each Rc is independently selected from hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-C6 alkenyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 heteroalkyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-C10 heterocycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-C10 aryl, and optionally substituted 5 to 10-membered heteroaryl, each of which is substituted with one or more Rd;
- or two Rc together with the atoms to which they are attached form a C3-C10 heterocycloalkyl which is optionally substituted with one or more Rd;
- each Rd is independently selected from halogen, —OH, —CH3, —CF3, —OCH3, —NH2, —NHCH3, —N(CH3)2, —C(O)OH, —C(O)OCH3, —C(O)NH2, —C(O)NHCH3, —C(O)N(CH3)2, —NHC(O)OH, —OC(O)NH2, and —NHC(O)CH3;
