A compound represented by formula (I), or a stereoisomer, deuterated compound, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug, metabolite, or co-crystal thereof:

• wherein ring A is selected from 6- to 10-membered aryl or 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl, wherein the 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl contains 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from N, O, or S;
• ring B is selected from 6- to 12-membered carbocyclyl or 6- to 12-membered heterocyclyl, wherein the 6- to 12-membered heterocyclyl contains 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from N, O, or S;
• X1 is selected from C1-6 alkylene, C1-6 alkenylene, C1-6 alkynylene, —C(O)—, —NR3—, —O—, —S—, or —C(O)NR3—, wherein the C1-6 alkylene is optionally further substituted with a C1-6 alkyl substituent;
• R1, R2, and R3 are each independently selected from H, cyano, halogen, hydroxyl, carboxyl, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, —O—C1-6 alkyl, —O—C1-6 haloalkyl, —C(O)NH2, 3- to 6-membered cycloalkyl, 3- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl, 5- to 6-membered heterocyclyl, or —C1-6 alkylene-O—C1-6 alkyl, wherein the C1-6 alkyl substituent is optionally further substituted with a —O—C1-6 alkyl, or cyano substituent;
• and
• m and n are each independently selected from 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
