• each of the multiple m independently represents an integer of 0 to 4, and the average mave of the values m is 0<mave≤4,
• in the above formula (a),
• * represents a bonding position to the fluorene structure of formula (1),
• each of the multiple R3 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms,
• E1 represents a direct bond or a methylene group,
• E2 and E3 represent a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or
• a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, n represents an integer of 1 to 5,
• in the above formula (B), each of the multiple R1 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms,
• l represents an integer of 1 to 4, and
• X represents a halogen atom.

A method for producing a compound obtained by reacting a compound represented by the following formula (A) with a compound represented by the following formula (B) in an aprotic polar solvent in the presence of a basic catalyst:

• in the above formula (A),
• the multiple R2 each independently represent a hydrocarbon group represented by the following formula (a),
• the multiple m's each independently represent an integer of 0 to 4, and
• the average mave of the values m is 0<mave≤4,
• in the above formula (a),
• * represents a bonding position to the fluorene structure of formula (1),
• the multiple R3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms,
• E1 represents a direct bond or a methylene group,
• E2 and E3 each represent a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group,
• n represents an integer of 1 to 5,
• in the above formula (B), each of the multiple R1 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms,
• l represents an integer of 1 to 4, and
• X represents a halogen atom.
