Abstract
A two-component mortar composition has a resin component (A) having at least one radically curable resin as a curable constituent, and a hardener component (B) having a curing agent for the radically curable resin of the resin component (A). The two-component mortar composition finds application in chemical fastening of fastening elements.
Claims16
A two-component mortar composition, comprising:
- a resin component (A) containing at least one radically curable resin as a curable constituent, and
- a hardener component (B) containing a curing agent for the radically curable resin of the resin component (A), the resin component (A) containing one or more polymerization inhibitors selected from the group consisting of phenolic polymerization inhibitors, phenothiazine and/or derivatives thereof, stable organic radicals, oximes, and pyrimidinol or pyridinol compounds substituted in the para position to the hydroxyl group,
- wherein
- the resin component (A) further contains an alkoxyamine compound (I) of the formula R—O—N(R′R″), where R is an alkyl group and R′ and R″ are each an organic group, and which has an activation energy Ea for homolysis of a R—O bond in a range of 100 to 120 kJ/mol.

A two-component mortar composition, comprising:
- a resin component (A) containing at least one radically curable resin as a curable constituent, and
- a hardener component (B) containing a curing agent for the radically curable resin of the resin component (A), the resin component (A) containing one or more polymerization inhibitors selected from the group consisting of phenolic polymerization inhibitors, phenothiazine and/or derivatives thereof, stable organic radicals, oximes, and pyrimidinol or pyridinol compounds substituted in the para position to the hydroxyl group,
- wherein
- the resin component (A) further contains an alkoxyamine compound of following formula (II)
- wherein
- R1 is a C3-10 alkyl group;
- R2 is a C2-10 alkyl group, wherein R1 and R2 together with a N atom to which they are bonded may form an optionally substituted, optionally unsaturated heteroalkyl ring,
- R3 is H or a C1-4 alkyl group,
- R4 is a C1-4 alkyl group, and
