A floor-mounted stand for a retractable hose reel with mounting plates, includes: a base movably supported on a ground surface; a frame assembly disposed on the base and provided with a longitudinal mounting position; and mounting plates detachably mounted at the mounting position, where a back side of the mounting plate is connected to the frame assembly, and an opposite front side of the mounting plate is configured for extended mounting of a retractable hose reel, thereby enabling movable wall-simulated mounting of the retractable hose reel. The floor-mounted stand for a retractable hose reel with mounting plates enables stable extended mounting of a retractable hose reel, and extended and movable use of the retractable hose reel, and is characterized by structural simplicity, operation convenience, and good user experience.
