Abstract
A linear conveyance system of the present disclosure includes a mover having a magnet disposed on side faces thereof, and a conveyance path in which a first module having a plurality of coils and configured to move the mover by an electromagnetic force of the plurality of coils and a second module formed of a magnetic material without coils are arranged along a traveling direction of the mover. The conveyance path includes a non-branching portion in which the first module is disposed on one side of the side faces of the mover, and a branching portion in which the first module is disposed on one side of the side faces of the mover and the second module is disposed on the other side thereof.
Claims10
A linear conveyance system comprising:
- a mover having a magnet disposed on side faces thereof;
- and
- a conveyance path in which a first module having a plurality of coils and configured to move the mover by an electromagnetic force of the plurality of coils and a second module formed of a magnetic material without coils are arranged along a traveling direction of the mover, wherein
- the conveyance path includes a non-branching portion in which the first module is disposed on one side of the side faces of the mover, and a branching portion in which the first module is disposed on one side of the side faces of the mover and the second module is disposed on the other side of the side faces of the mover.
