Abstract
The present application relates to a transport device with a transport means for transporting objects along a transport path, wherein the transport means has at least one contact surface which is designed to contact an object and to entrain it along the transport path, wherein the transport device is designed to permit an evasive movement of the transport means along a release path deviating from the path of movement of the transport means when a force acts on the transport means which exceeds a predetermined release force.
Claims14
Transport device for transporting objects along a transport path, comprising:
- a carrier having a mounting portion adapted to hold or support the transport device on a superordinated structure;
- and
- a transport means which is movably mounted on the carrier so that it executes a movement along a defined, cyclic movement path, the transport means having at least one contact surface which is set up to contact an object and to entrain it along the transport path,
- wherein the transport device is set up to allow an evasive movement of the transport means along a release path deviating from the movement path of the transport means if a force acts on the transport means which exceeds a predetermined release force.
