Abstract
A storage box manipulator includes an effector detachably connectable to an interface of a storage box. The effector comprises at least two switchable magnetic holding elements having holding regions that together span a holding surface. The interface of the storage box provides a ferromagnetic counter surface shaped complementarily to the holding surface. The holding surface of the effector and the counter surface of the storage box are flat, enabling stable magnetic attachment and detachment of the storage box for handling and manipulation.

A storage box manipulator for storage boxes comprising an effector, wherein the effector is detachably connectable to an interface of a storage box, wherein the effector comprises at least two switchable magnetic holding elements, wherein holding regions of the magnetic holding elements span a holding surface, wherein the interface of the storage box is a ferromagnetic counter surface, wherein the counter surface is shaped complementarily to the holding surface of the effector, and wherein the holding surface of the effector and the counter surface of the storage box are flat.
