Abstract

Provided is a laminate that is used when the contents contained in a packaging container using the laminate significantly change in quality or deteriorate due to moisture but do not significantly change in quality or deteriorate due to oxygen, the laminate being capable of reducing manufacturing cost and exhibiting excellent recyclability after use. A laminate includes at least a first base layer, a water vapor barrier layer, and a heat-sealing layer laminated in this order from an outer side to an inner side. The first base layer and the heat-sealing layer are made of polyolefin.
