Abstract
A foldable basket structure includes a base plate, two first side panels, two second side panels, a frame, and a top cover. The first side panels and the second side panels are pivotally mounted on the base plate and are locked with each other. The frame is mounted on the first side panels and the second side panels. The top cover covers the frame. Thus, the parts of the foldable basket structure are placed individually and stacked tightly before assembly, thereby facilitating packaging and transportation. When the foldable basket structure is not used, the frame is removed, and the first side panels are detached from the second side panels, so that each of the first side panels and each of the second side panels may be pivoted and stacked on the base plate to reduce the whole volume.
Claims3
A foldable basket structure comprising:
- a base plate, two first side panels, two second side panels, a frame, and a top cover;
- wherein:
- the base plate has a plate body;
- the plate body has a top formed with two first walls and two second walls;
- the two first walls are parallel with each other;
- the two second walls are parallel with each other;
- the two first walls are perpendicular to the two second walls;
- each of the two first walls has a height more than that of each of the two second walls;
- multiple grooves are formed in a top of each of the two first walls and a top of each of the two second walls;
- each of the grooves is formed with two hooked locking pieces opposite to each other and spaced from each other;
- each of the grooves is formed with two openings, with the two locking pieces located between the two openings;
- each of the two first side panels has a first panel body having two extensions formed on two sides thereof;
- the two extensions extend in the same direction and are perpendicular to the first panel body;
- each of the two extensions is formed with multiple hooked locking blocks;
- the first panel body has a bottom provided with multiple first pivot shafts;
- each of the first pivot shafts is connected between two first shaft supports extending from the first panel body;
- the two first side panels are mounted on the two first walls respectively, with each of the first pivot shafts locked between the two locking pieces, and with the two first shaft supports aligning with the two openings;
- each of the two second side panels has a second panel body having multiple locking holes formed in two sides thereof;
- the second panel body has a bottom provided with multiple second pivot shafts;
- each of the second pivot shafts is connected between two second shaft supports extending from the second panel body;
- the two second side panels are mounted on the two second walls respectively, with each of the second pivot shafts locked between the two locking pieces, and with the two second shaft supports aligning with the two openings;
- the locking blocks of each of the two first side panels are locked in the locking holes of each of the two second side panels, so that the two first side panels and the two second side panels are locked to form four walls;
- the frame has a square ring-shaped frame body having a bottom formed with a frame slot mounted on a top of the first panel body and a top of the second panel body;
- and
- the top cover covers the frame body.
