A method for producing flat box blanks, comprising:
- forming an array of unbound loose fibers shapes
- wetting said unbound loose fibers shapes, and
- compressing said unbound loose fibers shapes and forming an array of flat box blanks.
A method for packaging products, comprising:
- forming an array of unbound loose fibers shapes,
- wetting said unbound loose fibers shapes,
- compressing said unbound loose fibers shapes and forming an array of flat box blanks,
- folding said flat box blanks to form boxes, and
- packaging products or group of products into said boxes.
